  • Good wine knowledge
  • Fine dining / Hatted restaurant experience
  • Dedication to customer experience
  • True passionate about excellent service and creating a well rounded guest experience
  • Team player with great leadership skills
  • Happy to train and improve skills of our team
  • Previous experience in rostering and managing wage costs
  • Warm, friendly and professional approach to both guests and colleagues
